1. FIRST STEP
Our receptionist will direct you into our workshop quotation area where our qualified estimator will assess the damage to your vehicle and prepare a quotation for yourself or your insurance.
FOLLOW UP THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS
You will be assigned a dedicated admin lady to communicate with you throughout the process. She will provide updates and progress on the repair work. Our computer system also sms’s you with updates and we make use of an external CSI company to interview you and rate us on your satisfaction with the repairs done.
